We are integrating multi-scale anatomical and neurofunctional data of human spinal cord physiology into an open-source digital spinal cord atlas. This involves consolidating multimodal datasets from various sources, including histological and medical imaging data. Our atlas is compatible with our software solutions for simulating spinal neural engineering treatments to support therapy design and can be personalized using standardized medical imaging sequences to support clinical decision making.
